The article is devoted to the Tehran conference of heads of three allied powers – the USSR, the USA and Great Britain, to the first meeting in the years of World War II of "the big three" – F. Roosevelt, I.V. Stalin and U. Churchill, to history of the conference and of the adoption of the major joint decisions which were the program of a victory of democratic forces of the peace over aggressors. The article contains a modern view on historical value of conference, opportunity and limits of the allied relations in the conditions of the international political crisis.

V. V. Zakharov. Demilitarization of the Soviet Occupation Zone of Germany. According to New Documents of the Russian Archives
In the article for the first time in the Russian historiography on the basis of recently declassified documents of the Russian archives is considered the important aspect of the Soviet occupational policy in Germany in 1945-1949 – history of demilitarization and elimination of confidential underground objects of the Third Reich in the territory of the Soviet occupation zone of Germany.

A.V. Pilko. North Atlantic Alliance: from the North Atlantic Treaty to the True Military-Political Block (1949-1955)
In the article the initial stage of formation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is considered, in particular the internal structural changes in NATO and their reasons. Aspects of policy of the USA and the West European states (Great Britain, France, the Western Germany), connected with transatlantic integration, and also influence on NATO of the first Berlin crisis (1948-1949) and the war in Korea (1950-1953) are analyzed.

Yu.A. Borisyonok. The Polish Factor in National Policy of the Soviet Power in Belarus in the 1920th – the 1930th years
In the article on the example of "Korenizatsiya policy” in Belarus are considered the typical, but still not studied features of national policy of the USSR. The course of the central Bolshevist authorities on a belorusization corresponded to the geopolitical situation which has developed upon termination of military operations of Red Army in Poland in 1920. The main incentive of a belorusization was the external (Polish) factor, not the care of "the Belarusian nation of a socialist sample".

In the article is noted the validity of chronological borders of research, since time of origin of social movements and political parties at the end of the 19th century and finishing change of a social order and formation of the new democratic organization of political life in the country at the end of 20th – the beginning of the 21st century, the analysis of an extensive scientific material about the relations between the USSR, Russia and Poland in the 20th century is given.
