K.V.Hvostova. Truth and Objectivity in the History
Historical truth, according to the author, is the concept formulated by means of four-unit logic, and containing interpretative component. Historical objectivity, believes the author, is defined by the approximate facts, consciousness archetypes, traditions, adjustable legal both culturological norms and institutes.

I.V. Gayduk. The United Nations and the Iranian Crisis of 1946
In the article is considered the role by the United Nations Organization (United Nations) in settlement of the Iranian crisis of 1946, which was the first international crisis discussed by just created United Nations. The crisis had long-term consequences as for relations of the USSR with the West, being the Harbinger of the «Cold War», and for the United Nations, appeared a hostage of rivalry between great powers, pursuing the interests to the detriment of the purposes of international cooperation, proclaimed in the United Nations Charter.

In the article are shown a place of the Egyptian question in the Foreign Policy of France in 1880th years, peripetias of the French-English rivalry in Egypt, a role of the Egyptian question in relations of France with Germany, Italy, Russia, and a problem of panislamic movements and the African policy of Turkey in the end of 19th century.

The essay is devoted the activity of extraordinary ambassador Napoleon III in Russia in 1856-1857 Charles de Morny. In the essay are investigated relations of France and Russia after the Crimean war, when in relations of these countries has begun appreciable warming thanks to ascent on the Russian throne of Emperor Alexander II.
