In his article the academician V.A. Tishkov reflects about problems of the modern historical science in Russia in connection with the taken place in 2010 21st International congress of historical sciences. In detail he considers the concept «new historical culture», the problems of global and national history, the history in cyberspace and questions of interaction of the science, the policy and the right.

The article is devoted to the role and perception of globalization in the world of Islam and to the analysis of the reasons of resistance to it in the East, and also to definition of the historical, social, ideological, political and psychological aspects of this resistance.

V.L. Musatov. Hungary and Romania: Two Sights at the Prague Spring

In the article the influence of "the Prague spring” 1968 to Hungary and Romania is analyzed. Rescuing the reform, similar with Czechoslovak, but spent more carefully, J.Kadar has been compelled to agree for participation in “the internationalist action socialist countries in Czechoslovakia. N. Ceausescu has condemned this step, having asked protection for Americans, believing that the orthodox Romanian socialism arranges Moscow. Transformations 1989 – 1990 have passed in Hungary peacefully, and in Romania have poured out in revolution with the armed struggle and revolution.

In the article based of new, mainly French, sources is considered the problem of the remilitarization by Germany the Rhein area in March, 1936. The Rhein Bluff of Hitler has played the key role in the easing of France on the eve of the Second World War.
